The RAPID program (Recovery Acceleration through Prefabricated Infrastructure Deployment) was developed to explore kit solutions that could be used by the Australian Government to assist in the response to natural disasters.

• Two basic primary school double classroom buildings were constructed.
• Palladium managed the design process, delivering value for money outcomes for DFAT.
• Palladium also managed the local stakeholder inputs and engaged a local construction company to build the kit buildings.
