Palladium was responsible for head contract and subcontract management of one of the largest procurement agencies of essential social infrastructure across Papua New Guinea. The program delivered works, services and equipment across the country’s health and education sectors on behalf of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. It created unprecedented improvements in health and education infrastructure in some of the most remote locations throughout PNG.

  • AU$65 million in education resources, including 370 classrooms, 165 teacher’s houses and 347 ablution facility packages in 187 schools across 14 provinces.
  • AU$40 million in health resources, including refurbishing 16 health facilities, distributing medical supplies, and designing/scoping works for 39 rural health facilities across 14 provinces.
  • AU$1.45 million in gender equity and special health funds, including three family support centres across three provinces.
